What does being someones valentine mean?
is it super serious or could it be my friend, more casual and just fun. I've never understood.

It can be whatever you want it to be. usually, being someone's valentine means being their girlfriend, boyfriend,or someone you are super serious with. but sometimes friends can be valentines as well. It's actually a good idea if you don't have somebody you're serious with. That way, you won't be alone :)

on a social level, friend, casual, and fun
on an intimate level with your loved one, prob. more serious
