Rubbermaid 3-Step Steel Stool Is Perfect For Some of Those Jobs Where You May Not Be Quite Tall Enough

  • February 10, 2012 at 1:53 pm

When you own a house there are lots of times you need a step stool or something to climb up a couple of feet. To cope with the issue, the economical Rubbermaid 3-Step Steel Stool can help you. The steel stool can be folded to just three inches thick so you’re able to store it anywhere and it features a large platform making it safe for anyone to stand on. The hand grip makes it easy to climb on and hold plus it features non-marring feet so it will not scratch your floors.

As long as you have standard size ceilings, this stool is great for jobs, such as changing lightbulbs, cleaning the tops of cabinets, or even repainting your walls or even ceilings. This won’t replace a normal stepladder since it is designed for small jobs inside the home. For interior jobs that are smaller, and are on solid ground, they work much better than a chair. You may have been in scenarios where the chair couldn’t give you the stability you needed when changing a lightbulb. It can feel hazardous when using a regular chair. The Rubbermaid 3-Step Steel Stool is very easy to put together and you can climb on it as if you are walking up the stairs.

In contrast to a stepladder, you actually have something to hang onto. It is best to never use this step on a mushy surface since the feet are small and could sink into the ground. This 3-Step Stool is ideal for indoor jobs where you only need to go up a few steps. Although not advisable, it is possible to stand on the top step without too much trouble. You’ll be able to put it to use to clean off the top of windows, or above your cabinets. It is also great for getting to the tops of curtains or drapes. Utilizing the top step of the stool might make it easy for you to hang wallpaper. Once you’ve got one and understand how handy it is, you will probably find many uses for it.

It is easy to take with you, and it folds out, and back in, just as easily. It takes up almost no room, so storage is simple to accomplish. Because of this stool, you no longer have an reason to not clean those hard-to-reach places. For small tasks, this stool is less difficult to handle than a regular six-foot step ladder.

The Rubbermaid 3-Step Steel Stool is much less hazardous than standing on a chair, when you need to climb up a couple of feet. The selling price is less than $40, so it is a good investment for anybody who has to keep stepping up on a chair that is not sturdy to change a lightbulb.

This write-up was indeed on Rubbermaid 3-step stool nonetheless, this writer also actively blogs on the subject of teeth whitening costs not to mention get rid of gas at his own information sites that are constantly updated.

How Did Valentine’s Day Get Started?

  • September 8, 2011 at 4:21 pm

Even if February is a short month, it is the month of preference for anyone who’s in love around the world. Of course, the reason is because February is the month when St. Valentine’s day is celebrated. Valentine’s day is the day when lovers express their love to each other. Love is in the air on this day when lovers verbalize the language of their heart and make each other feel thou preciousness.

And, given that all celebrations started from something, it is easy to see how many tales are also associated with Valentine’s day. Typically, people exchange gifts and words of love on February 14th every year. However, according to one tale, February 14 is when someone gave up his life in sacrifice for love.

Valentine was a saint who lived his earthly life in Rome in the 3rd century before Christ. He was a priest in the kingdom of Saint Claudius II. The king assumed that soldiers were negatively impacted by marriage and family, and he felt that relationships were a cause of weakness in men. So, to make sure his men remained strong, he decided to ban marriage for young men.

But, it so happened that Valentine did not agree with the king’s orders. He went on to marry young soldiers against royal order. And sadly, the king soon found out what Valentine was doing. He ordered St. Valentine’s death on February 14th.

Since then, February 14th has symbolized the eternity of love.

And certainly, this is only one of the tales associated with Valentine’s day. In yet another story, Valentine was a prisoner who fell in love with the jailer’s daughter. The day he was sentenced to die, he left a letter for his beloved. The date on the letter was February 14, and the document was signed “Your Valentine.”

So, no matter which story led to the present celebration, February 14th became a day dedicated to love. It started the tradition of expressing one’s love to the object of their desires.

Though it is very difficult to know the true identity of the man Valentine, it is for sure that he was an idol of love who died but proved that the flame of love can never be extinguished. Love always stands unbeaten and victorious despite of countless attempts made by people to trounce it and this is the primary cause to rejoice the Valentines Day.
