Sexy, romantic, voluminous lose waves a la Cheryl Cole perfect for Valentines day! Inspired by: www.insidesocal.com Many of you have requested I make a tut of how to get lose curls and volume in your hair without using hot rollers (you can stop at the stage when I take the pins ie. before brushing) so I hope this helps!
