    Pamela Primrose from Passion For Petals in Exton, PA shows us how to take flowers that are past their prime and make a memorable centerpiece for a romantic Valentine’s Day. Even smushed roses that are turning brown will work for this. Just remove the petals from the stem and put them in a vase, fill with water and top with a floating candle.
