How can I act like Cat Valentine from victorious and how can I dress like her too.?

I know I'm supposed to be myself and all and no rude answers like '' your just trying to be a stupid copier" or whatever I just wanna know cuz shes my fab character on victorious and she has an amazing wardrobe.

Well I get dressing like her, but acting?? She's a huge ditz. and annoying.

How can I act like Cat Valentine from victorious and how can I dress like her too.?
